What to expect
1. Order confirmedYour confirmation email contains your order number and purchase details.
2. ProcessingIn-stock orders are normally prepared for physical carrier acceptance within 1–3 business days.
3. Shipping confirmationWe email the tracking number as soon as the carrier receives the shipment.
4. DeliveryDomestically fulfilled U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after documented carrier acceptance. Internationally fulfilled orders to a U.S. address typically arrive within 10–25 business days. The estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation applies to your order.
Tracking not moving or missing?
Check your inbox and spam folder for the TakeDrops shipping confirmation. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order is past the estimate in your confirmation, contact us and include your order number and tracking number. We typically reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
