At Drops+, our goal is to ensure your products arrive quickly, safely, and reliably.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders — including our updated shipping rates.

 


 

 

Shipping Rates

 

 

  • Orders over $50 — FREE Shipping

  • Orders under $50 — Flat $4.95 Shipping Fee

 


These rates apply to all domestic orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 


 

 

Order Processing

 

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM [local time] are processed the next business day.

  • During peak times (product launches, holidays, promotions), processing may take longer.

 

 


 

 

Domestic Shipping

 

 

  • Standard domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options (2-day or overnight) may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your order and address.

  • A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

 

 


 

 

International Shipping

 

 

  • We ship to select international destinations.

  • Transit times vary by country, typically 7–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country.

  • Some dietary supplement products may not be eligible for import into certain countries. Orders that cannot be fulfilled will be canceled and refunded.

 

 


 

 

Shipping Carriers

 


We use trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local postal services. Drops+ reserves the right to choose the carrier that provides the most reliable service for your location.

 


 

 

Order Tracking

 

 

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

  • If a package shows “delivered” but is missing, please contact the carrier first.

 

 


 

 

Delivery Issues

 


Lost Packages:

If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at support@drops.com.


Incorrect Address:

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Drops+ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


Damaged Shipments:

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the product and the package so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

 


 

 

Subscription Orders

 


For customers with recurring shipments:

 

  • Orders ship automatically based on your selected frequency.

  • You may update your address, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.

 

 


 

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

 

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or restricted countries where supplement imports are prohibited.

  • Some carriers may not operate on weekends or holidays.
